Refund & Exchange Policy

These policies govern your use of Swadi Soft’s website and services. Please review them in full. We may update them from time to time, effective once published on this page.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through the Swadi Soft website: Swadi POS licenses and subscriptions, digital products and scripts, and custom software services. We care about your satisfaction and clarify here when and how you may request a refund or exchange.

Try before you buy

We provide a live demo of Swadi POS so you can try it before buying. We recommend trying it and reaching out with any questions to make sure the product fits your needs before completing payment.

Licenses & digital products

Given the digital nature of licenses and products (instant delivery and reproducibility), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided the license has not been activated and the product has not been downloaded/used. After activation or download, the product is deemed consumed and is non-refundable, unless there is a material technical defect we are unable to resolve.

Annual subscriptions

Subscriptions renew for the purchased term. You can cancel auto‑renewal any time before the renewal date so the next charge is not taken. The amount paid for the current period after activation is non‑refundable, and the service remains available until the end of the paid period.

Custom services & projects

Custom services (websites, systems, apps) are governed by the agreed project scope and milestones. An upfront deposit is non‑refundable once work begins, and payments for completed and delivered milestones are non‑refundable. If you choose to stop the project, dues are calculated for work completed up to the stop date.

Exchange & upgrade

You can upgrade your plan any time by paying the difference. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal period. If you received a wrong or duplicate license or product, we will exchange it or correct the order at no extra cost.

Erroneous or duplicate charges

If an amount was charged in error, a transaction was duplicated, or we are unable to deliver the paid service, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount.

How to request a refund

Send your request within the timeframe above to osama@swadi.me or via WhatsApp, including your order/invoice number and the reason. We will review it and get back to you shortly.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of approval; they may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or the payment gateway. Refunds include VAT per ZATCA regulations, unless there are non‑refundable third‑party fees.

Exceptions

Refunds do not cover: activated licenses or downloaded products, completed and delivered custom work, requests arising from misuse or breach of the Terms of Use, and any cases stated in a separate signed agreement between us.
